Induction sealing
Our INDUCSEAL solution is a two-piece, separable liner designed for induction sealing.
These sealing gaskets are made of a laminated film with aluminum that provides a tamper-evident, first-open guarantee. At the same time it prevents possible product leaks to preserve integrity. It also blocks any aroma transfer prior to the first opening. This special layer is initially bonded to a secondary cardboard backing that ensures a leak-free reclosure of the container after the first opening.
Within our INDUCSEAL product line we offer different laminates to seal any type of container, whatever its specifications, using cardboard for the composition of the secondary backing.
Our liners are used across different industries, with standout use of the PE version in the agrochemical and plant-protection sectors, for example on fertilizer containers and PE jerrycans. The universal version is used exclusively on soluble products, making it perfect for food. Meanwhile, the PET version is used in the cosmetics sector when retaining the auxiliary backing is desired.

INDUCSEAL PE
This liner is laminated with a film that provides a peelable seal on PE (Polyethylene) containers and is attached via a wax layer to a secondary cardboard backing.
Once the container is sealed, the wax is absorbed by the cardboard and the two parts separate so that the cardboard backing serves to re-close hermetically after the product’s first use.
This closure gasket is available in 1 mm thickness, and the visible side of the liner can be plain aluminum or embossed aluminum according to the customer’s needs and specifications.
INDUCSEAL PET
This liner is laminated with a special film that provides a peelable seal on containers made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and is attached via a wax layer to a secondary cardboard backing.
Once the container is sealed, the wax is absorbed by the cardboard and the two closure parts separate so that the cardboard backing can be used to re-close after the product’s first use.
This sealing gasket is available in 1 mm thickness and in any diameter, allowing customization to the customer’s specific requirements.
INDUCSEAL UNIV
This liner is laminated with a film that provides a peelable seal on any type of container, whatever it may be, and is bonded to a secondary cardboard backing.
Once the container is sealed, the two sealing parts separate after the first opening and the secondary backing is used for reclosure (helping retain aroma in the first openings) after the product’s first use.
This gasket is available in 1 mm thickness and any diameter, with the visible side of the liner in a distinctive gold color.
