Tamper-evident seal
Our INDUFLEX solution is a one-piece liner designed for induction sealing.
These sealing gaskets are composed of a polymer film (PET, PVC or universal sealer) laminated with aluminium, providing a first-open tamper-evident seal. They also prevent product leaks and aroma transfer prior to first opening, ensuring integrity and product quality.
Within our INDUFLEX product line, we offer different laminates to suit all types of containers, regardless of material or specification. They are available in various thicknesses and diameters, allowing customised prints or the standard “sealed for your protection”.
Our liners are mainly used in sectors where safety and preservation are critical, such as food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, and are also employed in chemicals and other demanding industries.
With INDUFLEX, every container is hermetically sealed and protected.
INDUFLEX PRODUCT LINE
INDUFLEX PP/PE
The INDUFLEX PP/PE range is developed for polypropylene and polyethylene containers, offering a tight, robust seal even for liquid or high-viscosity products.
Available in 230 µm and 330 µm versions, so you can choose the most suitable thickness according to the packaged product. These liners ensure a tamper-evident seal and can include standard or customised prints, adapting to both small-volume containers and industrial formats.
INDUFLEX PET
INDUFLEX PET liners are specially designed for PET or PVC containers, providing a reliable, safe peelable seal.
Available in different thicknesses, such as PET 200 and PET 300 R, adapting to various formats and needs. The visible side can be white with the standard red “sealed for your protection” print or customised to client requirements.
They also allow geometries with opening tabs or special cuts that facilitate peeling, ensuring ease of use without compromising tightness.
INDUFLEX UNIVERSAL
The INDUFLEX UNIVERSAL line stands out for its versatility, allowing different container materials to be sealed with the same closing system.
Available in 0.19 mm, 250 µm and 360 µm (R 360), it provides solutions for both light containers and highly demanding formats requiring greater mechanical resistance.
Its finish can be customised with specific prints and geometries (round, with tabs, special mouths), making it the most multipurpose option in the INDUFLEX range.
