Cap seal liner with two separable pieces ready for induction sealing.

These seals are made up of an aluminium-laminated film that provides a tamper-evident seal. At the same time, it prevents possible product leakage so the purity is maintained, as well as preventing any aromas from penetrating before the product is first opened. This special foil is initially attached to a secondary closure seal that guarantees the airtight sealing of the container after it is opened for the first time.

We offer different laminates for sealing any kind of container, whatever its specifications. There is also the possibility to choose different materials for the composition of the secondary seal, such as e.g., pulpboard or polyethylene foam.

Our cap seal liners are requested particularly by food chains to prevent possible food contamination, the biggest pharmaceutical companies and the demanding cosmetics industry, and they also provide the security and resistance limits required by chemical manufacturers.

INDUCSEAL PE

This cap seal liner is laminated with a film that provides a breakable seal on polyethylene (PE) containers, attached with a wax layer to a secondary pulpboard seal.

Once the container is sealed, the wax is absorbed by the pulpboard and the two seal layers are separated so the pulpboard seal creates an airtight seal again after the product is first used.

This closure seal is available in different thicknesses and any diameter required, and the visible part of the liner can be aluminium in colour or aluminium with printing according to the customer’s needs and specifications.

INDUCSEAL PET

This cap seal liner is laminated with a special film that provides a breakable seal for containers made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), attached with a wax layer to a secondary pulpboard seal.

Once the container is sealed, the wax is absorbed by the pulpboard and the two closure seal layers are separated so the pulpboard seal creates a closure again after the product is first used.

This seal is also available in different thicknesses and any diameter and can be customized to the customer’s specific requirements.

This cap seal liner is laminated with a film that provides a breakable seal on any kind of container and is attached to a secondary pulpboard or polyethylene foam seal.
