To ensure quality, both to third parties and within the company itself, management has planned a set of actions and systems designed to instil the necessary confidence in the quality of the services provided.

All policy, procedural, and practical details are described in the Quality Manual, in the Procedures, and in their work instructions in a simple and dynamic way.

Management oversees and confirms all this documentation and notifies all personnel of the obligation to follow all instructions derived from this process to achieve the highest quality assurance we can offer.

The company’s management, although delegating its authority for the establishment and maintenance of a quality system to a Quality Manager, recognises that the ultimate responsibility for achieving the proposed quality objective lies with them, and to this end, they provide and will continue to provide the necessary human, technical, and financial resources to achieve it.
