SMFLEX PS

Pressure Seal

Our SMFLEX PS solution is a one-piece sealing liner designed for pressure sealing.

It is composed of a PS laminate with pressure-sensitive adhesive which, when applied with the appropriate torque, adheres to the container neck, ensuring a clean and secure seal without the need for induction or heat.

Its multilayer structure with non-stick wax coating, polystyrene foam and EVA film (PS adhesive) provides an effective peelable seal for PE, PP, PS, PVC and PET containers, preventing leaks and ensuring product protection.

The SMFLEX PS model is especially suitable for solid or dry products and is not recommended for oily or liquid products.

It complies with EU 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR regulations, making it suitable for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic contact.
